 Jupiter Sky wants to provide you with exceptional customer service. We work hard to make sure our customers have a rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and on it's way to you. We do our best to make this process quick and perfect for you, however we are still a team of humans and can encounter unexpected delays. We will reach out to you personally if we foresee any issue with getting your order to you in a timely manner.

Jupiter Sky currently ships only in the United States, but we are looking to open up our shipping zones soon! We ship from Minnesota so please allow ample time for delivery depending on your location. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, we currently do not accept returns. In the event that your product/products arrive damaged or unusable in any way, we are more than happy to work with you. We offer either a full refund of the product price, or an exchange for the exact same product.
